30 day vs 60 day FPP
Hi all - just wanted to see what people’s thoughts are regarding the FPP system at 30 days - does it make much of a difference for pre booking rides etc?
Also - if booking FPP within the UK - at what time can you actually make the booking? Is it midnight on the day you can book uk time or American time? Mark

We have found quite a big difference. At 30 days you are unlikely to get the popular rides, although if you keep checking you can pick them up.
If you are staying the whole time onsite, it seems that you can get pretty much what you want when you want it. If booking 1 night onsite and getting rolling days, it is better availability than at 30 but not as good as onsite guests. Hope that makes some sense!

Will there be much availability left at 30 days? we are not staying on site so this will be our option for fastpasses too.

You'll likely miss out on SDMT, FOP, Navi River Journey and Frozen, but I think I've always been able to get everything else easy enough.

Luckily we have a fastpass voucher for 3 rides each for all of us from a previous visit so will have to use that for these.

At 30 days you often get little choice. During busief times you won't stand a chance at any main or new rides in the morning. The whole 30 fay or 60 day fastpass and 180 upto 190 day adr's is getting a little ridiculous if your not on site.

Excited about Disney
|
If you are fairly flexible on your park days then you can still get the FP's you want. We stay offsite and have been last week June/1st week July for the last 3 years. We have always got FP's for 7Dmt/ Big thunder/Frozen/test track/Soarin.
I usually just take the times I can get and work round it and see if I can change it later. The only FPs we havent tried for are Animal Kingdom and with Toy Story land opening on 30th June HS might be busy! |
