Has anyone had a refund off disney after cancelllation?

Hi,

I had Disney booked for August but it’s all fallen through. They sent an email giving me three options and said if they didn’t hear back from me then the hotel would be cancelled. I didn’t respond to it as TUI announced that there wouldn’t be any flights. I got an email saying my balance was zero and they’d minused off my deposits, making it look like the money will be returned, but it hasn’t appeared in my account yet. Has anyone had this back?

We called them last week as they had put the MNSSHP tickets on a giftcard and didn't want the same to happen to the holiday money. Its now back in our bank x x

We had the same, invoices were sent on Wednesday both showing as zero with negative value refunded, the booking online now says cancelled but is still on MDE. Sure it will just take a bit of time to refund everyone.

We cancelled a week before the deadline, and we’ve had the cancellation invoice showing that the deposit will be refunded, but the money’s not back in our account yet.

Our booking is still showing on MDE, including an ‘enchanting extra for one’, which I think must be DD’s mermaid swim (which has been refunded back to our account). MNSSHP isn’t showing any more, and we’ve had that money back too.

We cancelled the day the email came out. The refunds hit the credit card on Friday.

We got our refund today. Just waiting in our flights now.
