On the 21st February it won't be the 21st day in the 21st year. It'll be the 21st day of the second month in the 21st year, which doesn't quite have the same ring to it.

I agree totally but that’s the sticking point there is no mention of the month obviously because we don’t have 21 months hence the ability to say it every 21st day of every month, don’t get me wrong I took it as it was written by Disney but you can say that sentence every month and it be correct 😀 ( my son was just being a smart Alec)
Anyhow back to more important things 😂
