Pulled pork from the freezer on rolls with salad
But tomorrow it will be a full on BBQ all be it on a disposable BBq at DS. With our own food picnic chairs etc as we can from tomorrow here in Scotland meet up with one other family
I knew that beautiful picnic basket/ in built cool bag I:got as an early retirement present a few months a go with chairs and rug would come in handy
Watch this space even better we can walk to DS in 5 mins

DH did the Panda Express orange chicken last night, turned out nice, we have had leftovers for lunch. He wants me to post a photo.

Decided to make Chicken Parm tonight. Was lovely even though I cooked slightly too much spaghetti!
I had this in the Chessecake Factory last year for my main & absolutely loved it, so thought I’d try it myself.
