What are your must buys out there for in-room eating?

Hi

We have a room with a mini - kitchenette area (fridge [no freezer], microwave, separate sink/prep area) and so planning to make a few meals in the room to save a bit of money but also make things a bit easier with a toddler.

We'll buy/take the usual breakfast bars/cereal/muffins/fruit/sandwich stuff - but does anyone have any recommendations of US supermarket goodies that are good to have in the room? Any microwaveable options that are worth a go?

Not looking for necessarily the cheapest or healthiest options, but things we don't usually get here that would be fun to try out for something different!

Thanks!

Olive garden do a buy one take one deal so you can take away another meal to microwave another day for a reasonable price.

That's a great tip, we are big pizza/pasta eaters! Last time we couldn't get into olive garden it was so busy but going to give it another go!

Honey mustard or ranch pringles
Honey buns
Different flavours of special k cereal
DD used to love the lunchables over there as they came with a drink and small dessert along with the crackers etc.
Mixed boxes of mini packs of chips ahoy cookies were great for treats and we used to take home for packed lunches back at school
Loads of different caprisun flavours too
