What time of day is shortest queue for Pandora fop

I guess the obvious answer is rope drop - but keep in mind AK may open earlier than posted time to help control the crowd. So I would get there very early...maybe an hour before park open?

We have been 3 times in the last 10 days. The queue has been between 100-130 minutes each time. I would strongly recommend going around 9pm. The Pandora area is amazing in the dark!

Josh at EasyWDW has a wait chart from a recent visit. Obviously it's only for that day and may not be a fair indicator of averages, but the shortest waits seemed to be just before sunset. So I guess people either queued when they first got there, or waited until it got dark to see Pandora then.

We have just returned home and found that by 11am, the wait time was 240 minutes ! On one of those lovely torrential rainy days it was 70 minutes at 6pm, that was the lowest we saw it. Good luck, but hopefully it will start to quiet down a bit soon. We did manage to get on, it was amazing and I can understand why people want to see it :-)
