Room Snacks

We got back to the room just before 4pm and within 10 minutes there was a big storm and some heavy rain.

We were abit peckish as we hadn't eaten since the big breakfast. Luckily we had our Walmart snacks so we had some tortilla chips, medium salsa and jalapeņo cheese dip.

Had to literally force ourselves to stop eating them. I really liked the jalapeņo cheese dip.

That breakfast at Keke's looks amazing - it took me a while to realise both plates belonged to one person.

We are also flying PE from manc so pleased to see the food looked edible.

Haha yeah I think we just went crazy as it was our first breakfast out!
We both thought the food on the flight was good to be honest.

Thanks for reading. We loved Kekes so much. There are so many places to try but we are so tempted to go back.

They are huge! Amazing though - think that maybe one pancake and not two is a better idea though!

11th June - Cowfish

Cowfish

We went out to City Walk for about 7 o'clock and headed to Cowfish.
I had a Strawberry fig to drink.

This was lovely and fruity.

Chris had a Orange Blossom beer -he really enjoyed this. I think he is trying to have different beers everywhere we go.

I had the The Jalapeņo Popper Showstopper with sweet potato fries. I enjoyed this as it had a good heat to it but it was super messy and abit too big for me. I will blame the tortilla chips and dip we had in the room for my lack of appetite.

Chris ordered the The High Class Hillbilly - Southern Style Bar-B-Q-Shi with sweet potato fries. He liked this but didn't sound as enthusiastic about it as yesterdays evening meal. I asked him about it and he said it was faffy to eat and lost its heat very quickly.

He also ordered another beer - Mad Manatee - this was 'hoppy' apparently.

The bill/check came to $65.77.
We left $78.
