When the 30 day window opens up to book the fast pass+ (we are staying offsite) can I book the whole 2 week of fast passes or do I have to keep logging in every day to book next day 30 day ahead?

At 30 days you do one day at a time.
It's only on site at 60 days can you book them in one go.
