Urgent FP question... help!

WE're 60 days out today and due to try and book FP's on 5 mins, but MDE is not recognising any of the family's log in or passwords! Is this normal... HELP! Everything was fine an hour ago!

Its gone tech. Dont worry it will be back soon. I just tried MDE and it wont accept me but the DVC site will.
Give it a while and try again.

Any ideas why it won't let me book a 2nd FP for the evening without replacing the 1st FP I've booked for the afternoon?

Are you trying to book the second one in one of the parks that has a tiered system? for those you can only have 1 fast pass for tier 1 and 2 fast passes for tier two.

Are they in the same park? Are they tiered ones ?

Thanks for all your help, that was a traumatic experience! I hadn't realised you could only book for 1 park per day (or that you could only choose one FP from each of the three sections of the day). Managed to get a couple, but not ideal Thanks again for your prompt responses to help me

You should be able to scroll along and choose around the time you want. You don't have to do one morning, one afternoon and one evening if that's what you mean?

What park are you booking for?
You can book 3 per day but they must be in the same park. After you use those 3, you can book more in other parks.
However, Hollywood Studios and Epcot have a tiered system. This means you can only book 1 ride from tier 1 then your further 2 rides from tier 2.

That's all it's letting me do. If I try to book a second for the evening, after I've already secured one, it will only let me confirm the booking if I cancel the first one

Which park are you booking for? Everywhere except MK has tiering so you can only book one ride in tier 1 and the other two in tier 2. You can book all your FP back to back if you want. You're not restricted to morning, afternoon & evening at all.
