Sometime Toys R Us have the collectables, especially the Disney ones, they may also have them in the parks.

I don't work in OUAT, but I have been a Barbie collector for 21 years (and enjoying Barbie since about 1970). The place I get mine is Mattel. I joined the collector's club (which opens each February) and they give you a $20 credit each quarter. I assume it is open to international collectors as well. I can't find the link to their site at the moment. I don't know if we carry any collector barbies on property.
