Quick question

My bestie is about to book her flights. It's DUB>LGW with Aer Lingus then LGW>MCO with Virgin. Return is the opposite (she lives in NI). I found the flights through SkyScanner via GotoGate by searching DUB to MCO return for her dates, but does the luggage get checked straight through?

We've only been once and flew with AA out and BA home on a BA flydrive booking made directly.

Will she need to collect luggage at LGW and recheck it?

xx

ETA: flight is £506pp which she is delighted with as her budget was £2000 based on the research we (read I ) had done.

xx

If all flights are on one ticket, then the baggage would be checked through to final destination in both directions, she would not need to collect it at LGW in either direction.

If the flights were on separate tickets, it would be necessary to collect and recheck at LGW.

We've done this route the last two years and our baggage was checked through, but as last poster said one ticket.

Also worth looking at kayak.ie as depending on dates they also have great prices. Recently saw €331 for June 2018 ! Sadly not looking for us but for a friend 😜

That's what I thought, but you know that way when it's late, you're tired and have been writing an essay so feel like crap and start doubting yourself? Yeah that

It seems to be on 1 ticket as she's booking what GotoGate packaged together for her.

Thank you
