Seats when booking through Charter

Hi we have booked through Charter and I have all the paperwork and rev numbers. I can see my flight on Norwegians system but under seating it says ‘not possible’. Has anyone else encountered this? I am a nervous flyer and really would like to select my own seats.

Any advice would be great.

We booked with Charter for our last trip and were able to book our seats, albeit that was with virgin. Our booking details did however say that if our ticket was part of a group booking we’d be unable to book our seats. Might be worth asking them to confirm you are not part of a group booking.

We were booked with Charter but flying BA and had same issue until about 1 month before. Was able to book at that point.
