My eldest did the cheetah experience on our last visit to busch gardens.
We did the behind the scenes tour as a family at seaworld, at least i think thats whatvitvwas called. Then my eldest did animal ambassador and i took the little 2 to do the dolphin experience.

Busch gardens was their favourite in the oast. My middle son preferred it with it being quieter i think.

I personally wouldn't overlook Seaworld if your boys love coasters.

They arguably have the strongest lineup in Florida and with Icebreaker opening before you go that only adds to it

We have a free animal encounter with our annual pass so we get to test that out this time around too.

Busch gardens should be great too with Iron Gwazi opening up soon.
