Dvc points from dreams unlimited
Hi
Am new to this and want to try to rent points for sept/October 2022. Am considering using davids but saw today that dreams unlimited are starting to offer Dvc availability, looks more expensive but seem to have guaranteed dates and you can book with a deposit not full payment if far enough out ! Anyone used them or have any thoughts on it ? Many thanks |

They are reselling DVC Rental Store confirmed reservations. Should be same price but maybe check directly on DVC Rental Store and equivalent prices with other brokers.

What does it mean by selling confirmed reservations? How does this differ from davids please

Selling a confirmed reservation is advertising a booking that's already been made. The owner has either changed their mind about going or secured a room/dates with good rental potential in advance.

I looked into using them and you would need around 60 days lead in time as they will not entertain UK or international owners without all the tax forms. So you would be held back that amount. As David’s is based in Canada they don’t ask all this of you or require that deduction.

Yes that’s if you want to rent your points through them as an owner. In U.K. best option is David’s as you say.
OP was talking about renting from them- they’ll rent to you no issue in U.K.

Just to say that I wouldn't hesitate to use DU, they're very good, whilst our booking didn't actually reach the booking stage (& was for a cruise, not to rent points) thanks to you know what, they were incredibly helpful with all my enquires and allocate you a point of contact to deal with.
