DVC is directly soliciting buybacks of OKW

Just had a conversation with MS about outstanding points and asked about the buy back. She said the only information she had was that it was open to owners at OKW, SSR and AKL, not just international owners. She did not know/say why.

You would actually think that they would concentrate on those 2042 resorts Taking the possible "technicality" about contract extensions a bit further, could this be why they haven't gone back to this ? I know 2042 still "seems" miles away but when I stop & think that we've been going for 30 years & that first trip doesn't seem that long ago IYKWIM!
i'm inclined to think that the low ball offering is really designed for those owners that don't know Resale exists! We spoke to a CM in Disney springs who stated that she had bought part direct & part Resale from Disney, I didn't really want to point out that the "resale" part was probably $50/point over priced!
