Member Services - Points Query

We have an April use year, I had banked 2019 and 2020 points (324) and had several bookings cancelled etc. In July I had to cancel my August booking, however, as we had hoped we could then go January 2022 (282 points) the CM told me she needed to borrow some points from 2021 Use Year but that I was to phone in September, as she had filled out a form for us to get the points returned and the borrowed points put back into 2021.

Called MS today and after speaking to a CM for over 2 hours I asked if I could to speak to a Supervisor. Within 2 minutes she understood I had 62 points that had disappeared and returned the 20 points into 2021. She said the 42 older points would expire end of May 2022 but when I look online it shows the 42 points as expiring end of 2021 use year, is that correct?

Ok think I have just found my answer lol

Eventually after routing around the website I found the 42 points listed as June 2021 use year, so that would mean they would indeed expire end of May 2022.
