Runcorn restaurants

Looking for some recommendations for family dining, heading to outlets next morning so any tips from Locals?

I genuinely can�t think of anywhere in Runcorn. I�m the next town over (Widnes) and we have a pretty decent Toby Carvery, but not much else. We seem to be a borough of chain restaurants.

Fingers crossed someone can recommend somewhere, as I�d go too!

not sure if you are actually staying in runcorn, but if you are there really is not much, I would catch a train into Liverpool (15mins) plenty of choice there or if you dont mind a 10 min drive Frodsham is quite nice with a few good pubs and restaurants

We really enjoy Melenio Italian restaurant. It's small but really friendly.

Also Atmosphere has good reviews - we've had covid takeways - bit not ate in. They don't sell alcohol though.

If a Friday, the Bake House is lovely, tapas and cocktails.

Plenty of pubs with pub grub but not my thing x

I thought Pesto was good in Widnes?
