Requesting a room in a block

Hi,
How do you send a request in for a specific block and floor to SSR - I remember seeing a fax mentioned but surely that is no longer the way - who uses fax machines? I know I may not get it but I at least want to request the Paddock and the options you get for check-in are really vague now.

Yep on the first page when you log in. Wait and watch it if it isn�t showing and it will usually appear within a few minutes.

And then don�t select anything on online check in on the app- otherwise it will override your requests.

Damn - I didn't know you could do that - would have asked when I was on the phone to them earlier but will do the chat thing. Thanks for that.

We requested block nearest Congress Park, as we had stayed there the year before... got block across from the Fire Station which is completely the other end!
