Southern California - 2019 3 Universal Studios Day 2

I’ve been an absolute failure with this trip report and nearly 2 years on I can’t find my trip notes. So … I’m going to continue with some photos and things I remember. Sorry the next entries will be very brief, but I hope you enjoy the photos.

Southern California - 2019 3 Universal Studios Day 2
When planning our trip this was meant to be a general Hollywood and LA explore day but when DH said he’d prefer a second day at US I was happy to agree. (We never did get to see the Hollywood sign.)

We made the short drive and were parked up early again. It’s a Friday and the park is noticeably busier.

We started off with Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey again. Then we just followed our noses taking in attractions as we came to them.

(A sign of things to come?)

We didn’t think we’d enjoy the animal show but it was very good and the Water world show was great fun.

Once again we left in early afternoon as the jet lag was still bad.
I think we walked from our hotel to a supermarket to get water and snacks for the next day and then we ate at a restaurant near our hotel.

(Another sign that amused us.)

I'm glad you decided to continue with this report. We're supposed to be in LA in July, so I'm happy to read all the trip reports!

I hope you get there. We are desperate to get back but don't want a half hearted visit. I NEED the shows, fireworks and parades.
