Mobile Flight socks, do you wear them?

I wore them on our first couple of long haul flights a few years ago but I don't bother now. I'm in good health and make sure I get up and walk around every now and then on the flight.
Does anyone else wear them, do you think it's really necessary?

Yes I do. I had a dvt a few years ago, so worried if I don’t.

I put them on an hour or so before the flight and leave them on as long as I can afterwards, eg once we’ve arrived home or at hotel. I find that leaving them on for a couple of hours after the flight stops the swelling I otherwise get that can last a few days.

I don't wear them because the only time I did my foot swelled up. I dont think they are really made for my curvy calves to be honest. 😂

I always wear them as my feet swell really bad - but usually take them off straight away but having read the post from bellasmummy will leave them on for a while.

You must remove your high heels before exiting through the evacuation slide :-)

I’m not overweight or had any health problems other than if I don’t wear them then my feet swell up , so I wear flight socks which stop this.

I wear them as I find my legs are uncomfortable after a long haul flight. These stop that.

Do they stop feet swelling? I’ve never worn them but coming back from Japan this summer my feet were swollen so much. They looked hideous and felt awful. Was considering getting some for our next Orlando flight.
