I can't get it to work. I booked a flight last night and skipped seat booking as I'm travelling solo. Logged on after seeing this thread and picked some seats but it just comes up trying to charge me £60 and asking for payment details! It does say seat from £0 though

Phone them, say its coming up as £60 but when you pick a seat it says 0. They have honoured loads of them. Its worth a try

Are you trying to book the front of economy seats as they are still showing as £30 each way? They are considered premium seats near the front of the plane.

It's the £20 economy seats that are currently free. Try booking one of those?

I had to call them to get the seats booked.

Worked for us too , booked last night for 2018 and saved £140

Called them up, because I booked my flights and seats at the same time Im being refunded and keeping the seat booking. The agent mentioned that the seats SHOULD be chargeable, its a site error and that people now booking seats AFTER their flights (at a later date) wont / shouldnt be getting them for free.

Ive been told refund in 3-5 days.

Seems like the glitch has been rectified now, seat reservations all showing a cost now! Great freebie for those of us that managed to book though!

Well it was about longer than i thought it would be! I managed to get mine! Woo hoo. Thats why we all love the dibb. Its a shame for those who didnt manage.

Well done all those who got free seat reservations but for those of us who paid £20 for each seat, we are still winners. Looks like the price is now £30 per seat, well it is on my flight anyway.
