BA are showing much bigger Flydrive discounts today for our dates (from £300 in total combining flight + car for a party of 6 yesterday to £1000+ today), over night saving about £70pp. Prices are still almost £900 pp (compared to £500 in the sale this time last year) but the prices do seem to be starting to shift in a way that they haven't over the last few weeks. Hoping it's the pre-shocks before the price-quake.

Right we have just booked what we think are good prices. Its Manchester to Miami indirect via Philadelphia but we don't mind that as Miami is great. 25th July 2018 - 10th August American Airlines out and British Airways back. Flydrive so we have a car for the 16 nights and we have only had to pay a £300 deposit. We had to play around with dates but got ours for £590 each which if you take off the price of car at say £450 for the 16 nights ( includes full insurances ) it makes the flights £462. Good times of stopovers too.
