morning all! Another day, another failed planning attempt
 hilz22 I agree, keeping to group does keep me a little more focused as even when I know i have a bad weekend of events coming it means I try and stay on track during the week because I know I have to go and weigh in, where as if I know I am not going I just think "oh I'm not getting weighed I will have a week off" so I am even going to try and go to the one inbetween Christmas & new Year just to try an minimise the damage. I'm just not very organised at the moment as got a lot to sort out for Christmas (as does everyone) and I don't have the energy to plan as food as well  I got some chicken out this morning so I think I will do "Creamy Pesto Chicken" for tea, maybe with Slimming world chips & Roast veg.

1lb gain this week not bad considering I'm still trying to shift this awful cough/cold thing and so not really been on plan that much.
Had an email from iceland slimming world meals are 2 for £5 which I often prefer over the free product offer. Plus if I spend £50 or more in total during dec I get 20% off 6 sw products in Jan when some new products are out. |
