I had a gain too today , 1lb but I'm happy with that as had a good couple of days off plan as works Xmas meal and free bar which I took advantage on and then yesterday OH took me out for lunch and I had stodgy pie and potatoes ... god it was amazing lol.
Back on track today quorn chilli and jacket spud and salad for tea , it's my birthday this week too and then with Xmas I'm not holding much hope of any loss next week but if I try and have a few days on. Plan hopefully it won't be too bad a gain... what will be will be xx |

Chicken cooked in one of the maggi Italian herb sheets tonight, with SW chips, peas and salad ... had tea early cos needed to get Lilly into town centre early for pantomime with brownies... that was fun at rush hour ..not x

A maintain for me this week, i think that was luck too, as my last 7 days have included an all day drink8ng session, 2 takeaways 2 meals out. And a 24 hr sickness bug (which probably counteracted the weight gain i was expecting) I think i have resigned myself to putting weight on the next 2 weeks but then back on it!

Hope you are feeling better now Hilary, I think most people would have a gain over Xmas and new year , I'm sure I will, I've had three good days on plan so far this week but tomorrow is my birthday and I think am allowed a treat or two . Then I'll probably just carry on eating and worry about it in new year .x

Bacon and mushroom tagliatelle tonight with salad. Three syns for the sauce mix was lovely and filling and a lot tastier than it looks lol

Hi girls xx
Well tonight is about the first night I've not been ashamed to post my main meal pic in a good week what with my birthday and Christmas I've well and truly fallen off the diet bandwagon but I've enjoyed everything I've had sure will have a massive gain but I'm back on track today which is what counts. I noticed I've been feeling sluggish this last few days and think it's because of all the junk so today's healthier eating has been a welcome change. Mayflower chicken curry , rice and salad tonight and a couple of popadoms all syned and I have a few spare if I do want a bit of a treat tonight. Hope you've all had a good Christmas and look forward to catching up with you soon xx |

Well done sam for getting back to healthy eating so soon😁💪🏻 Im still doing slimming and pop on every now and then, the two wks up to xmas i lost 5lb and felt sooo good. I have booked this wk as holiday so no weigh in as wanted a week off, im feeling sluggish and not even enjoying the food im eating. Looking forward to starting again on sunday and hopefully getting this stone off that ive been trying for forever😂😂 had a lovely xmas and hope you did too, happy new year everyone 😊

Looks nice. I've actually lost weight - not through choice but because I have been so poorly I have not been eating, hope when my appetite comes back I can keep the weight off
