Are there any cheap and cheerful buffet restaurants within Disney? I'm staying outside of Disney so have no meal plans

No, all of the buffets are table service or character meals, so nothing cheap and cheerful I'm afraid.

It has to be Columbia Harbor Housre Best fish and chips on property. The ones at Epcot's Uk are appalling.

When you are in the Liberty Square area, see if you can spot a rag doll in a window in one of the buildings. The back story is that it has been placed there by a little girl waiting for her daddy to return from the Civil War.

Golden Oak for us - a shack in the back of beyond - really fresh chicken and deeeeeelish waffle fries.

2 are enough for a decent lunch for 4 of us.

I really dislike MK now for counter service and we really struggle to eat in the park these days..used to love Peco Bills till they changed the menu.

Another vote for Columbia Harbour House although we're going to try Pinocchio Village Haus on our next trip after seeing it in someone's trip report.
