Our outbound to FLL has changed in July (must be the new plane as economy starts at row 9) but our inbound in August from MCO hasn’t and it’s economy starting at row 6. We’re in the happy with the new times camp because I don’t like flying so an earlier start out and back means hours less working myself up at the airport, plus we land in FLL in the afternoon not the evening which makes a much pleasanter first day. I’m not worried about lots of emails about changes - at least it shows Norwegian are really good at keeping us informed. I’d be much more worried to be in the position where changes weren’t passed on with plenty of notice.

I’ve been affected by the flight change and yes, it’s annoying. However, it’s one step up from BA (an established carrier) who went as far as cancelling a whole leg a few months before we felt to Miami and didn’t even let us know! I only found out as I logged in to check something!
I think a 6 hour delay coming home didn’t help. I believe they don’t operate with a large fleet of planes so when something goes wrong it has a huge knock on effect

To be fair airlines in general are a very poor imitation of those of 30 years ago. BA are a just one example of a product that bears little resemblance to the product of the past.

I’m really not feeling very confident with Norwegian now, the contact centre staff I’ve spoken to have been either rude or just unhelpful, the last one telling me to just people to swap seats with us when we got on the plane. I told them I wasn’t happy doing this so was told to email the claims department. I’ve done that, but now found out (from their Facebook page) that it can take up to 8 weeks to get a reply.
I’ve checked other flights for our dates but it would cost me an extra £1400 if I cancel and book with someone else.
