Disney bus to boardwalk

Am I right in thinking that if your not staying on resort that to get to the boardwalk I would have to park at Disney springs and get the bus to the boardwalk, if this is the case and we are visiting the boardwalk for an evening meal and drinks what time do the buses back to Disney springs stop?

The Boardwalk is actually a resort/hotel as well, so you can park there for 3 hours while you eat etc.

Usually until about 1.00am from the resorts if I remember rightly and the about 2.00 am from Disney Springs back to the resorts.
