Virgin Bubble seats

Hi All,

Sorry if this has been asked before. We booked a flight for Feb 21 and paid for the dibber's row seats to and from Orlando. Obviously the plane has now changed and I'm wondering whether we would be entitled to a refund for seats?

I know they will be busy with more urgent enquires refunds so will not be contacting them just yet.

Any info gratefully received.

Contact them via WhatsApp. I got a reply today saying they will refund the upgrade cost. They can't give a timeframe on the refund though. WhatsApp +44 344 874 7747

I think you will find on this forum that the words ‘VIRGIN’ and ‘REFUNDS’ are not generally associated with each other in a positive way!

The bubble with economy seating for me, was the only thing that differentiated Virgin Atl from any other airline. Now with the scheduled retirement of the B747, there is absolutely nothing. They are just another carrier and one with a propensity for breaking the law when it suits them (refunds within 7 days).

Good luck as you seek your refund. I have a feeling that you may need it.
