VR is quite marmite. We have a riftS and have mixed views. Im too stupid to be affected by it, I can use it for hours without issue and I think its great. OH feels nauseous after a couple of minutes even sitting down. Son gets headaches but not nausea, daughter is fine. Grandkids are mixed, eldest doesnt like the sensation, feels dizzy after a while, middle grandkid is fine. Youngest is 10 so i wont let them have a go.
We have various VR games, the worst ones are the movement ones, space ones arent too bad. Everyone likes beat saber but can cause headaches. We did a great "disarm a bomb" game for christmas one year (people outside vr have the manual and need to get a description from the vr wearer, great fun) Edited at 08:28 PM. |
