3 week Itinerary with grandparents
On 22nd May 2022 we will be visiting Florida for 3 weeks after having 2020, and 2021 holiday pushed back because of COVID
Me and my wife have been to Florida before 10 years ago but this will be our kids first times (age 11 and 6). We will also be joined by my parents who have been numerous times before but not to the parks for 20 years. We are staying offsite in a Villa in Glenbrook and have hired 2 cars, so fairly close to the action. We have the 18 day disney tickets, 14 day universal and Discovery cove ultimate swim. My parents are a bit concerned that they are not as energetic as when they last visitited the parks so dont want to be spending as much time in each park as us and the kids hence why I have tried to plan 2 days per park to allow them to pick and choose their days to allow them more rest days. I'd be really grateful if some of you could give some advice on which days to avoid etc, as i know May/June will be busy due to holidays. Here is my first stab at an itinarery, please go easy on me. Looks a good plan!
Have you considered a day at Kennedy Space Centre? Have you heard of Caspersen Beach and seizing for fossilised sharks teeth as you are not too far away at AM Island? The beach is somewhat quieter with a boardwalk behind and plenty of bird life.

I think it looks well balanced. The only thing I'd potentially swap is the AMI days to 04-05 so you do MK and Epcot mid-week when they should be a bit quieter. That would help with adding a break in that long string of parks during your last week as well.
