Anyone been through T2 since the new ‘pier’ opened?

How has this changed things if at all? Is it just the gates?

Also wondering if anyone is planning on using twilight check in soon? We will be using on Friday... hopefully!

Went through Manchester airport today but T1 only... didn’t really see any major works being done.

Whats the pier? We will be there tomorrow at t2 for Virgin so happy to update.

Just been through for twilight check in, no queue, really easy. The pick up and drop off have all changed though and getting to the hotel was a nightmare as the taxis/Uber’s didn’t know where to go.

Great... thank you. I guess you all had to be there for check in?

We are staying at the Radisson the night before so will just walk over to drop everything off!

Safe flight and have an amazing time at AKL!

Yeah all there for checkin. We came from the train station and walked pat the Radisson. I suggested sacking off the premier inn and staying there instead!
