I PIF as we want to book Palo brunch & as I’m a first timer I can only do that at 75 days & im at 75 days tomorrow!

Is the Spa open? The CM I spoke to yesterday went away and checked and came back to say it would only be the fitness centre which would be open

Spa isn't open, all treatments show but all 'sold out'. I guess it was easier to do that than completely remove them as the fitness centre is in the same section.

Gutted! I was really looking forward to the rainforest showers & a few treatments. How about the hair salons?

Palo is all I’m after, I’m silver so can book at 90 days, hoping there’ll still be availability for brunch and that platinum and gold don’t book them all.

If you paid full balance then it is opening.

I paid full today and i can managed to book brunch palo for our special birthday and booked Rum tasting also beer tasting for husband I couldn't book mixology - sold out but i think not sold out maybe not available -
