'Cafe Francisco' on Powell Street. Just around the corner from cable car. We stumbled upon it. A small little place but no queues like the other more popular places. Amazing bagels.

Another vote for the Hollywood Cafe, lovely food and not too expensive.
We've stayed at Pier 2620 twice and never had any problems, hope you have a great time.
