I am following this with interest as I have been thinking about a cricut for ages, I would love to label everything in my house. Not sure if its worth the expense for that though, but maybe if I branch out.
Would also be interested in what machine is recommended, and also what basic stuff would also need to be bought?

Is there anyone with one of these cricut things who could cut the tangled sun outline/shape into paper bags for lights for a wedding for me? Like the picture attached. Obviously I will provide the bags and pay.
Thanks

I wouldn’t be confident to put a bag through the machine, if it could be assembled after being cut that would potentially work but you’d need a large cutting machine / mat. I can do 30cm width maximum, 60cm length.

Hope someone can help you.

Thanks. I have no idea how these things work so don't even know if it's possible.

The picture of the bags in your link look really thin, so I"d worry that they'd tear, especially if they're doubled over - made up into bags as you couldn't secure them properly.

You put things through the machine on a sticky mat that secures it in place so it can cut out the shapes you've programmed in, when I looked at those bags, I was worried they'd just rip.

If you had some in a thicker material and could make the bags up after they were cut, that may work OR someone more experienced may have a solution - I'm very new to Cricuting.

No worries, I may just have to order some pre cut standard designs.
