We are looking at a week in Sarlat for the end of June next year - we have a outstanding tunnel ticket that we need to book or lose :-(

We have found a really lovely apartment but are also looking for somewhere to stop halfway down and also any suggestions for things to do or things you have done while you are there.

We have seen that you can hire bikes, canoeing etc but always like to have DIBB recommendations!

It's years since we've been but I can remember the lovely market at Sarlat. We visited Roquemadour, troglodyte caves, clifftop Domme, a boat trip at La Roque- Gageac, and Josephine Baker's Chateau des Milandes.
