Hi, I made a booking online for Sequoia Lodge March 22 and want to add my blue light card code to the booking which you can’t do online. I was on hold to the 0800 Disney holidays line for 1/2 an hour only to be told I have to ring 0844 800 8111, which my phone blocks for some reason (maybe because it’s 65p a minute!) Does anyone know an alternative number or email address I could use please?

I sent an email having spent half an hour on hold on the phone. This was last week and have not yet received a response. I will update this thread if I have any luck with the code being added to my booking.

Thanks Bondy, I tried that number and a very nice lady said she couldn’t help but gave me the original 0800 American number - boo!

Arrggghhh! Thats annoying!
I've managed in the past to contact directly via online chat, but not sure if thats working at the moment or not!

Howewer looking at my current WDW T&C's (WDTC covers both WDW and DLP) these are a couple of other contact details.

Hello Louisa Jane, I have today received a new invoice with the saving deducted fingers crossed I now get a refund with the money saved as I’d paid in full. The email address I used was disneytraveluk@disneyonline.com
