I so wanted to go. It was the only ADR I was planning on making - then I saw the veggie options or lack of them. For me it’s just not worth the money whether the experience is amazing or not. I’m actually quite sad about it - to only offer one (not very exciting) option for non meat eaters isn’t acceptable at this price point. I will book California Grill instead and enjoy the fireworks with amazing food.

I noticed that - I've been a veggie for well over 30 years now.

Given the progress WDW has made with both veggie and vegan food, I would guess there is a separate veggie/vegan menu. It's a shame they don't list it if so.

Regardless the Cali Grill is a long-standing favourite of ours and it's very hard to beat. Enjoy!

Not being Disney operated, I have a feeling that's the only menu. They have a vegan option in each category which would fulfill Disney's requirements. Still fairly common for even their own restaurants to only have one item in the plant based section.

Lots of US restaurants seem not to list much for veggies and vegans, working on the premise that everyone is aware they are flexible and will do things to suit you if asked. We are not used to this in the UK where it tends not to happen. But the US is the land of ‘have it your way’ and are used to offering things not on the menu.

I would guess that Space 220 will have plenty for veggies, vegans, coeliacs etc but it might not be on the menu.

Still too expensive though.

I would rather it was not a fixed price menu, we would have liked to have gone for dinner but I don’t want three courses. I guess we will go for lunch then.

Three course prix fixe menus are also a worse deal on the dining plan (when it returns).

Back in 2010 we got the 3 course prix fixe at Captain’s Grille for 1 TS credit. By our next trip Disney had wised up, and were charging a supplement for prix fixe menus, even if the price was less than the vaue of 1TS credit. Sneaky.

Not a fan of Patina group restaurants. Hard pass for me.
