Refund from orlando attraction tickets

Hi there just wondering if anyone has had a refund from orlando attraction tickets? They are saying 60 to 90 days so curious to see if anyone has been refunded? Thanks 👍🏻

We got to day 86 and we rebooked instead of waiting for the refund to drop in. Park tickets have increased across all parks and we�ve only paid for the increase which is priced up with each of the parks

We returned universal tickets to OAT. They were received back into their office on 7th July and our refund was processed this Monday (4th October). We got back 75% of the cost of the tickets.

Jess and Chloe for OAT have both been brilliant and although we had to return the tickets on this occasion I would happily use OAT again.

Did you have the covid cover, if so why only 75% and not the whole amount ?

No we didn�t have covid cover.
