Just to clarify, Dr Phillips and Sand Lake Rd are two names for the same location. There are actually very few Whole Foods in the Orlando area.

We just go to Olive Garden ,
Hubby and kids get a meal and i choose the smallest side/lunch size meal and have a few bowls of the salad and a good few bread sticks-
One of my fav meals !- (Yes i actually pay for a meal i dont really want and will only eat a few mouthfuls of , But a salad anywhere will cost about the same or more ,and i actually enjoy the salad there!)

I think you can actually order a take away from Olive Garden. Not a huge fan of pasta dishes but love the salad and breadsticks

At Disney there are a few places with pretty good looking salads on the menu.

I did have to laugh at this - I never knew that perhaps this was a view - and guess what I only drink tea and do have have crumpets almost every day especially Warburtons big crumpets, they are the best with butter and Marmite ( no jam please like my heathen husband )
