Single vaccinated teens

Hi
My 12 year old is now considering having the COVID vaccine. Up until now I’ve been trying to get my head around the rules for her being unvaccinated. Will a single vaccinated 13 year be classed as fully vaccinated for travel ?

I think it depends on the rules of the country you are entering. I think it’s doubtful at this stage.

Won’t it be the same for all countries? I think unless France come out and say that they’ll accept singular vaccination, then it will be the two unfortunately. Obviously, I don’t have a clue. I’m just hypothesising based on what we know already.

I’m in the same position with my twelve year old. So annoying that they seem to have been forgotten about when it comes to travel.

Have you signed up to the FCDO website? You can select the country that you’re wanting to travel to and it sends updates when travel requirements change.

I check everyday , mainly because we want to go to WDW next year. Just been that concerned about USA not really paid attention to France (even though we’re going to DLP in Feb half term)

For France it’s two doses for fully vaccinated so with 1 vaccine he will still need tested.

We’re also going in Feb half term and have just accepted he’ll be taking a lateral flow. Knowing my luck, he’ll show as positive.😬

I have just read that the French health pass is under review and there are talks about it going in November. Even if it stays then it’s good that it’s not a permanent thing and may be gone for Feb 🙏
