c19 QR code - how to use to get Health pass
Hi all,
Just completed a c19 Antigen test for my son and got the certificate through confirming he is negative. I may be wrong but I thought we had to upload the test to the TousAntiCovid app in order to get the health pass. But when I try and upload via the QR code, I get a message saying it's in the wrong format. Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong here - or if this is even necessary? We head to Disney tomorrow morning so it's a bit of a worry! |

I think the qr code is meant to be compatible with the app but if it won’t work I’ve seen people post on a fb page that they just showed the printed certificate for the negative test and it was accepted fine at the parcs

I’ve read they are scanning QR codes off your C19 certificate to allow access.

Thanks all. I messaged C19 last night and they responded very quickly. They said the certificate can't be imported into the AntiCovid app - but the certificate can just be scanned instead.
So it should all be fine - but if there are any problems, I'll post back here (Eurostar leaves in less than 4 hours ) |

Hi Jev
Hope all goes smoothly for you, we are going on 22nd. How long did it take for C19 to email the certificate? |

Just to update - the C19 QR codes have been fine to use at Disneyland Paris. They don't always scan well, but the Cast Members are happy to just view the certificates and check the time and dates to make sure they are less than 72 hours old.
For anyone going soon, enjoy! |
