Park Hopping, tickets required?

What additional tickets do I need to purchase to hop between Disney parks. I know about the reservations for your day and if the other parks are at full capacity it isn’t possible.

Does the standard 14day park tickets get you the hopping option or not? I’ve heard conflicting things

All UK tickets include park hopping, so if it's a 14 day UK ticket then you don't need anything else. It's the US Magic Your Way tickets that have the option of base tickets with adding on park hopping, waterparks etc.

As above. Point to note is that at present I don't believe you can hop into Magic K and all hops are after 2pm

You can hop to MK. It was temporarily suspended on October 1st as the park hit full capacity. But normally it's fine.

After 2pm for all parks is still correct though.

You can hop to any park subject to capacity, which unless you go on a very popular day (Christmas time etc) the. You should be fine. (From 2pm). Though you must go to your reserved park first.

We went to MK on Friday to buy annual passes and asked if we could go inside even though we knew the earliest reservation date was Tuesday. The helpful lady at the kiosk said that unfortunately we couldn’t but as it was after 2pm, to catch the monorail to Epcot and enter there and then we could return to MK. We did Soarin, Spaceship Earth, Living with the Land whilst at Epcot as they all had short queues and then returned to MK no problem.
