Please help park ticket refunds

Fingers crossed someone may beable to help or give me some advice, we purchased 6 universal tickets in 2019 to travel april 2020, from florida escapes, 3 on my visa virgin and 3 on my boyfriends barclaycard, after many attempts (4 times) cancled flights some of our kids now 18 dont want to go now, so ive tried to get a refund cant get anywhere with florida escapes or travelbuzz uncontactable, so did a claim on the credit cards, barclaycard have paid out but virgin are refusing due to the terms and conditions on florida escapes which has changed since i purchased ours? Please can anyone help or advise, thanks hayley x

Try going higher in Virgin Visa to make a complaint and ask them to resolve this.

Also consider contacting a financial ombudsman.

Thanks for reply, i will definitely di that i was just wondering if anyone on here has had a refund from florida escapes, i think the terms and conditions have changed since my purchase in 2019, i would be grateful if anyone has had any experience with florida escapes xx thanks
