The view from the top isn’t as good as before but you can still see the sunset from pier 60. I’d suggest booking a marina view room as you get a balcony in those. Pier 60 included an ok breakfast as well

Yes, we booked a Marina vew as we realised the view from the Crows Nest would be severely restricted now.
