Split stay - offsite first then onsite - how to fastpass?

Hi, we have tickets from Orlando Attractions on a credit card style thing.

We start our holiday at Cabana Bay.

Could we use the credit card style ticket for entry and booking/using fastpasses (at 30
Days obvs)?

And then, when we later check into Caribbean Beach, could we switch to magic bands?

Alternatively, we have old magic bands from January, could we use those somehow..?

you can use the tickets by using the code on the back of them

Once your 60 days window opens for your Disney hotel stay, the days before it also open, so in theory you can book your offsite fast passes at 53 days (if that makes sense). You can use the tickets, and when you get your magic bands, use these instead of the tickets - they'll all be linked to MDE. Also your old magic bands will also probably work as well.

Hi, I can say that magic bands do work ☺ we used ours from October 2015 this May, they worked fine. The only issue was ride videos because the chip in them was old! I just kept a new free magic band in my bag that I took on the rides. Hope that helps?

That really helps thank you! Did you have to do anything special to link them? Or are all the bands set with the same information..?

Pleased that helps. Our old magic bands were linked to our MDE account and we didn't have to do anything which was great. I just checked at check in that they were fine to still use ☺
