Cheap(ish) 2 or 3 day Universal tickets?

Do they exist. We are doing Disney only next September but we will have a few spare days at the end of our stay and just wondered if they sell discounted tickets locally incase we fancy going.
We can only really give 2 or maybe 2 1/2 days to Universal so the £1300 (family of 5) for the 14 night is just a waste in my eyes.
We will not want to go to volcano bay.

Not really. The 2 day tickets are only slightly cheaper than the 14 day

You can keep it cheaper by getting base day tickets for 2 or 3 days. You can't park hop or ride the Hogwarts train (as it goes from park to park). Have a look at Orlando Attractions, they are advertised on here.

you will see lots roadside shacks and outlets advertising discounted tickets. Don't fall for that ...

there is no such thing as a discounted ticket.

If you want to get tickets, do that in advance. they'll be $20 cheaper online than at the gate.

as other Dibbers mentionned, the 14 days explorer ticket is just a few quids more than the 2 days, and include park to park (hopper) as well as free volcano bay for 2017 (even if you don't fancy going there, you have it for free just in case)
