A lot of suoermarkets are waiting on deliveries for fresh items as with the power cuts, most of it had to be discarded. The problem is, many people are heading back into Florida and back to their homes in the Sourh so the roads are busy.

Target should have had a delivery yesterday but it was delayed until today and they were quoting around 8 days to get stuff like milk for some reason.

Wal Mart at Cagan had a fire break out in the meat dept too so I'm not sure when that dept will be reopening.

Walmart on 192 open not a full range but pretty good. We did not see any gas shortage here regardless of what was being said elsewhere.

Publix at Celebration were fully stocked this afternoon. They had had a power cut but they had a generator that kicked in.

Bread is back which I was surprised at.

Seems they are more adept at restocking than we are in the UK. Just the threat of 1mm of snow and the shelves are stripped bare for a week back home!

Did someone mention snow? I better get to Sainsbury's!

Hope you're all well; getting out and about safely; and enjoying yourselves.

Bianca. It's hilarious though ref snow. Sainsbury's within an hour, no bread, salt, sugar etc.
Radio announcements to help your neighbour and in the end it's less snow than the ice in my freezer!

We are packing one case now to save doing too much tomorrow evening. Tons of food stuffs. Things the Granddaughter never ate, the chocolate from the SSR hurricane food bag etc.
Plus the 15 bars of Disney soap and 40+ tubes of the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner etc.
Mmm. Xmas presents?
