Clearwater weddings

Just wondering if anyone has married in Clearwater and if they could share the details of their day?
Where married and did you have meal afterwards etc?

I previously got married late afternoon at the Sheraton Sand Key (on the beach in front of the hotel) through Virgin weddings. It's just a couple of miles down from the main Clearwater beach. Virgin were great, the hotel not so much, I'd probably would have done a different hotel (I think the Marriott is right by it) if I could have changed it), followed by photos, then back to a villa my parents had booked for a buffet late lunch and drinks. Later on in the evening we had a meal at the Island Way Grill, which I'd definitely recommend.

I've also considered getting married at the Clearwater Aquarium (I love dolphins!), just so you know that is an option!

Island Way Grill also have a great price on meals before 5:30pm too (I went back and had this menu and drinks and thought it was great value compared to the evening, especially if you were trying to keep costs down for a large group) - docs.wixstatic/ugd/59326...9ec8ff920c.pdf
