Which supermarket for Christmas food shop near West Haven?
We are staying at The Sanctuary, West Haven. After being adamant for so long that I’m not doing Christmas dinner in the villa, I have now changed my mind.
Which supermarket is likely to have all the yummy stuff I want to make a traditional Christmas dinner? I’m thinking quality over quantity. From previous experience I’m really not sure if Walmart has much in the way of special food. I’m looking for Waitrose rather than Iceland if you know what I mean, lol! No offence meant to Iceland 😉 |

Probably Publix in all honesty. Slightly more up market than Walmart I feel. I'm pretty sure you can order a dinner 'to go' but you'll need an IP blocker to access their website.

Absolutely Publix instead of Wal-Mart.
Most turkeys here are frozen so make sure you get it early. You won't find alot of the traditional UK extras but should find plenty to inspire you.

I agree but I am pretty sure the nearest one is on Sand Lake Road near Universal. Not very close to West Haven.

DH loves whole foods and fresh market now I like olives and cheese but he can spend a fortune in fresh market on olives and cheese if we don't have good cheese from the Cheese Shop near the villa

Whole foods sounds great. We have a car so driving out to them won’t be a problem. Thanks

If you aren't worried about cost, it is fantastic. They have lots of organic and independent brands.
During the Christmas period the section of I4 between West Haven and Sand Lake Road will be very busy though. It is near Universal if you are heading that way.
