Step by step, idiots guide to obtaining a wedding license by mail
Hello, I have researched this but clearly lacking brain cells as I am still quite confused by the process.
Do I fill in the eMarriage application online first? Then take it to a local notary? Please if anyone could provide me with clear simple instructions id be so grateful! |
